Amaro
An amaro composed to measure: herbs, roots, citrus and spices selected for your recipe, with sweetness and bitterness defined together. Maceration and rest calibrated on the result you have in mind.

Rum
Rum from molasses or whole cane, single origin or blend, aged in casks chosen for the character you seek: fresh and light or dark and long-lived.

Whisky
Single grain or single-cereal whisky from our grains or a agreed selection: cereal type, yeast, distillate cut and ageing cask defined with you. A long project, made to mature over time.

Acquavite di Vino
Acquavite obtained from the distillation of selected wines, with cuts by nose and wood ageing designed to enhance the starting grape. Fresh, floral or aged, according to your project.

Acquavite di Frutta
Acquavite from fruit of your choice — apples, pears, cherries, juniper or other raw material — with fermentation and distillation followed lot by lot. The fruit decides; we distill it.
How we work
Four steps
Brief
You tell us the idea: product type, style, quantity, intended use and timeline. We define together whether the project is feasible and with which characteristics.
Recipe
We develop the recipe and the working parameters: botanicals, grains, distillate cuts, ABV, ageing. We propose samples to validate the direction.
Production
We proceed with production and any wood ageing, following each lot as we do for our own brands. No stage is accelerated.
Bottle
We bottle with your label and your brand, in the agreed format and volume. You receive a finished product, ready for your market.
